#3 Quality.  These pelts are likely to have holes or other damage and the fur may not be as thick.  There is still a lot of good, usable fur.  They may be missing a tail.

These Otter furs are sold individually and these photos are examples of this quality.

Size – Medium.  Total length of otter pelt from nose to tip of tail – 40” to 45” (101.60 cm to 114.30 cm). Length from tip of nose to base of tail – 28″ to 30″ (71.12 cm to 76.20 cm).  All measurements are approximate.
