Shipping Cost. Shipping is free for orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping & handling is $15.
Delivery Area. We ship anywhere in Canada.
Double-Check Your Address. Please double-check your shipping address as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at check out.
Delivery Time. Please allow up to 5 business days to process and pack your order. Our goal is to ship your order on the business day after it is processed on our site. We ship via Canada Post; please have patience as delays may occur that are beyond our control.
Returns. The product you see on our site is the product we will send you (a few exceptions apply which are always outlined in the product description). If there is an issue with the product, please contact us at LooseMooseTradingPost@hotmail.com within 3 days of receiving it to explain the issue. If we agree to accept a return of the product you purchase, it must be returned within 14 days of receipt. You pay for shipping and the product must be returned in its original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. The original shipping fee (and GST) is non-refundable. We do not issue refunds; you will be provided with a code to use toward the purchase of more product.
