#3 Quality.  These pelts are likely to have holes and/or the fur may not be as thick.  There is still a lot of good, usable fur.

Size – Small.  Length from tip of nose to base of tail – 9.5 to 11″ (24.13 to 27.94 cm).  All measurements are approximate.
